Well, it definitely could have been worse. Looks like I should get the truck back mid-January. Total damages look to be around $4100.

Ouch. The voyeur in me wants to see pics…
Unfortunately, neither Tony or I took pictures. It was cold and the trooper drove us back to a truck stop in Neoga. Then when the tow truck got around to our turn (multiple cars off the road), it was getting dark and we couldn’t really get any pictures.
Basically, front bumber falling off, right front tire completely flat (and apparently something was “folded” on the piece holding the tire), and the radiator was completely drained.
The other thing is that all the work is being done in Effingham. (I didn’t see the point in towing it up here on my dime).
I ran into your mom at Avanti’s in Peoria and she told me what happened. Yikes! Glad you’re okay though.
